DESCRIPTION:Join Carol Jobling weaving Phormium Tenax (New Zealand flax) into something artistic. \nThere are zero flax miles as the plant is being cut back in our very own grounds. \nThere are 2 workshops\, one will make a flower or star and the other will weave into a basket. \nThis event is running on the 13th December 10am-11am for making the flower or star \n11-14:30 for the basket (with a 30 min break for lunch). \nAll equipment provided. \n

DESCRIPTION:Dementia UK Annual Charity Tea Party.\nBranches Cafe is the perfect venue to get together with friends\, family or colleagues to share cake and a cuppa and raise vital funds for families facing dementia.  This May we will be taking part in Dementia UK’s biggest fundraising event of the year and raising money to help fund more dementia specialist Admiral Nurses.  Every cuppa poured and penny raised will help the charity to grow the number of specialist dementia nurses so more families can access their support. \nSo please join us for a cuppa and help us raise funds for this hugely important and much needed charity. And\, if you have time\, take a lovely regenerative stroll around the grounds.  Four legged friends are also very welcome.
