Led by Carol Jobling, this workshop will show how nettles can be processed to produce usable fibres.
10am to 3pm with an hour break for lunch. Bring a packed lunch or visit Branches café.

1. Stuff about nettles. Uses and basic structure.
2. Hunting, catching and skinning your nettles.
3. Making a 2 ply twine.
Optional – using the twine to make something a bit arty-crafty.
4. Filetting for a finer fibre.
