Set in just over 13 acres and situated with easy access from Exeter and the M5 Poltimore House and grounds is currently managed by two charities, Poltimore House Trust and Friends of Poltimore House. They work together towards bringing the house and grounds back to full usage as an asset to locals and the wider community.
Currently Poltimore House Trust is looking at plans for restoration and future usage. The Friends of Poltimore House support this by organising events which raise money for the general maintenance as well as volunteers who work on site to carry out a wide variety of tasks.
