In 2023 we are trialling opening the house the first Sunday of the month up to October. There will be stewards on hand to explain some of the history and the plans for the future. The £5 entrance fee has been taken away to reduce the number if volunteers required to man the admissions desk but there will be the opportunity to make a donation to the restoration project. We are currently raising funds towards further work in the entrance hall not covered by the grant. This includes a new ceiling rose, restoring the cast iron hospital fireplace and installing electrical sockets.
